Mr. Browning has a solid reputation for creating projects that fit the regional and local context. As the lead architect for the new Prescott Valley Town Center, Mr. Browning exhibits “smart growth” strategies that create new opportunities for developers in this high-growth region enhancing the community, boosting the economic base and adding long-term value. Vice President: Greg Behn Executive Vice President, Division Director of National Bank of Arizona brings 17 years of banking experience to Affordable Housing Resources, Inc. His vast experience in commercial lending has been an invaluable asset to the organization. Having lived in Prescott for nine years Mr. Behn is acutely aware of the lack of housing affordable to working families in the tri-city area. Treasurer: Nick Malouff CPA, Developer, Malouff & Company brings to the table a background as a CPA, real estate broker and developer, Mr. Malouff now manages a small practice providing specialized consulting services to clients in the Prescott area and manages a $60 million real estate portfolio which includes a variety of residential and commercial developments he owns along with other partners through multiple entities. Mr. Malouff also serves as the Chairman of the Steering Committee for the Tri-City Economic Diversity Council and he is a founding member of the Central Arizona Partnership. Secretary: Dava Hoffman Engineer, Dava & Associates has over 30 years experience in the planning and engineering fields. A resident since 1976, Dava moved to Prescott to become the City's (and probably the State’s) first woman Planning and Zoning Director. Committed to the Prescott/Quad-City Area, Dava volunteers her professional skills in committees for local government, including serving as chair of the Prescott Mayor's Water Conservation Committee, and for non-profit organizations such as Prescott Downtown Partnership, Choices AZ, Prescott Area Leadership Association, and formerly the 2020 Forum Committee, Prescott Town Hall and other civic organizations. Member At Large: Ken Lain Owner, Watters Garden Center, is known by his friends as 'The Garden Guy'. He's been gardening in the Prescott mile high cities for 30 years, and knows the best techniques for gardening in the high mountain climates of Northern Arizona. His local garden advice is published each Saturday in 'The Daily Courier' and can also be heard Saturdays as the host of ‘Gardening in Granite’ talk show on KYCA radio. A local who graduated from Prescott High School, Yavapai College, and ASU, Ken's Gardening credentials are those of Master Gardener and Certified Nursery Professional. |
